Ready for the British Weather is our own check, not an outside certification. A product carries the badge only when its specification shows all three of these:
- A named treatment or finish for its material, such as pressure-treated timber, powder-coated or galvanised steel, or UV-stabilised resin.
- A guarantee against rot, rust or weathering, with how long it lasts.
- The care it needs through winter.
Products whose specification doesn't show all three don't carry the badge.
